CBRE Manchester approached Arterior Solutions after the original Contractor had with withdrawn their services.

We were required to assist with alterations and refurbishment due to major mechanical service repairs and alterations. This was a complex logistical project due the nature of the building and its occupants and usage, we laiased directly with the PM team , Mechanical services engineers and religious leaders to ensure we met all the requirements. The works include removal of MF  ceilings, installation of new steel plank and MF ceilings, alteration to lighting circuits, installation of data containment, redecoration works, roofing works, joinery services. The project was completed on time and within budget with minimum disruption to the community members.
