CBRE Asset management asked if we could provide the same quality of finish to a secutity lodge and waiting area as we would with a CatB offcie fitout, with this in mind we produce a detailed specification and quotation set to a tight budget, our design was to provide new Suspended ceilings with LG& compliant Luminaires, to upgrade the WC area with New sanitaryware and IPS panel, form a new Kitchenette areas for the security staff, laynew carpeting and install a new security desk, ensuring the finishes were of a office CATb Fitout, on completion of the contract, the industrial estate owner commented “That it was the best specified securtiy lodge they had ever seen and was a credit to our company and that in had been completed on time and to a very tight budget.
